Student Policies

The Academy of Counselling is committed to providing quality training products and services that meet or exceed the expectations of the industry and students. To meet the commitment the Academy will analyse, measure, standardise and evaluate all of its training and assessment policies and activities as part of its Continuous Improvement Policy and Procedures. The Academy will implement a policy that includes:

  • Examination of how it conducts its training activities and it will strive to make changes that will result in providing a better service.
  • The conduct of a rigorous annual internal audit that identifies opportunities for improvement.
  • The implementation and maintenance of a Risk Management Policy.
  • The conduct of client satisfaction surveys to seek feedback on its activities.
  • The encouragement to students, employers and trainers / assessors to identify and suggest improvements at any time. Current or would-be students of the Academy of Counselling may wish to download the following policies.
